Today's the day! I'm so excited to see you all. About half of you have checked in already, and I'm sure the rest are on the way! I just wanted to share a couple "fine detail"-type things with you that will be useful throughout the conference: I'll mention these briefly at our Area Meeting this evening, but I figured it'd be easier to shoot you an email than pause to spell everything out :)
  • The wifi network to use is called Three Rivers Convention Center, and the password is WeAreEvents!2
  • The hashtag to use on social media is #WACA18. We have an official twitter account @WACAofficial.
  • The online schedule program is at WACA2018.sched.com.
  • Our area idea share is at https://tinyurl.com/Area3IdeaShare
  • We have a "book fair" set up with Barnes & Noble for the conference; the ID is 12325999, and will be open from tomorrow until 3/20. You can use the code online or in the store to take advantage of our special conference pricing!
