Event descriptions

Partners (All Day): WACA is connected with a variety of vendors who can provide services to your school. Meet them, and find out about the great things they have to offer your school and district.
Keynote Speaker (Session 9): Jennifer Powers
Breakout Sessions (Sessions 7,8,10 & 11): These will feature a variety of topics pertaining to athletics, leadership, activities and ASB issues. When a list of presentations become available they will be accessible from this page. Each session is 50 minutes long on an in-depth topic or program.
Hall of Fame Banquet: Rep your favorite team by wearing some spirit wear. Also, recipients of the WA Student Leadership Adviser of the Year Awards and WACA Hall of Fame Honorees will be recognized. Delegates running for an elected board position will also give speeches (excluding area representatives who will give speeches in their final area meeting).
WACA Social: Fun, dancing, games and more. No dress code, wear what is comfortable. Great opportunity to network and reconnect.

EVENT DESCRIPTIONS

Meet the Pros (Session 12 & 14): This session features short topics that can be immediately implemented at your school. Each delegate usually has an opportunity to attend up to 6 different 10 minute presentations.
Clock Hours:  There will be clock hours available at the conclusion of session 15.
