The Washington Activity Coordinators Association invites you to join the T-Shirt Rotation.   Since 1971, WACA has partnered with businesses that support student activities.   We appreciate your willingness to share your expertise with over 400 delegates from Washington State middle, junior high and senior high schools.   The T-shirts will be given to the teachers, activity coordinators, athletic directors, ASB advisors, and administrators who attend the conference. They are currently the decision makers in schools and the ones leading the student activity programs across Washington State. The opportunity to display your company's shirts across the state is a prospect that shouldn't be missed.  

Sponsors will provide:

• Approximately 450 delegate shirts.
• Provide pricing for 1 to 4 color design on a 6.1 oz. t-shirt, with large center chest imprint.   Additional pricing breakdown for 1 color back print.   The average cost will be used to determine price to be paid.   Vendor cost per shirt should include tax and shipping.  
• $1,000 sponsorship will be paid by the company providing T-shirts.   This includes the cost of their booth.  
• 24 board T-shirts provided with design to advertise new theme.
• 24 T-shirts for board dress on Day 1 of the conference.
• Bids on other delegate gifts.
• Outstanding service.
• Artwork that becomes WACA property
