Hello WACA Area 6!

Isn't it wonderful to see the sun again?  I know it is cold, but I'll take that as long as the sun is out.

A few items for WACA.

PRESENTERS NEEDED
We are in our final push for presenters since the conference is next month.  I know you are doing some incredible things in your school.  Please share with the rest of us.  Your presentations is what makes this conference especially great.  There are also two different ways to present, 50 minutes or 10 minute meet the pros style.  You pick!
Here is the link to the presentation form.

NOT WACA BUSINESS
One great thing I love about WACA is a chance to network with other leadership enthusiasts like you and share great things that are going on in our region.  In that vein, I wanted to share with you an exciting opportunity that is being coordinated by the Yakima School District.  This April 80 student from Japan will come to our area to experience American culture, go to school and more.  This program is called the Yamate Japanese Exchange.  Kirstin Fitterer from the Yakima School District is coordinating housing for these student throughout the Valley.  If you are interested in the program and want more information on how to host student in your area, please follow this link.

Thanks for your time!  Enjoy the sunshine!
